Ron was our "Superman" realtor! We started with a dream of moving from San Antonio to Abilene. Finding a house with Ron was easy...Selling ours, was going to be the problem. We enjoyed every visit to Abilene and touring all the homes. Every time an offer was made on our house- and we had 3- Ron found the perfect house. He watched all our contracts fall through with us, and any house we liked in Abilene -sell. He called everything exactly right, when we would get a new offer. The final one, I made sure Ron went over it and advised us. It was a good one...He is an agent of fantastic experience. By the time we sold our house, there were very few left in Abilene -of the original few we looked at. The house we ended up with, was one we had never seen of that first group. He said way back, he thought that was the house for us. We are now in it and getting settled, thanks to Ron's great negotiation skills. It was the right house from the beginning. Not only am I thankful to Ron for all his super professional skills, but he has turned out to be such a wonderful friend. Any person that can put up with my whining and what can we do now Ron, has to be the best in Abilene and the surrounding areas. We so appreciate you Ron and look forward to recommending you to many. When my wife and I decided it was time to sell our home he researched the area our home was in and was spot on the property value. We was able to sell our house for the listing price within a few days after it went on the market. I had the pleasure of working with Ron when my husband and I were looking for a new home. He was absolutely wonderful to us and is an honorary member of our family now. He went out of his way to show us houses, even on extremely short notice sometimes. He helped us find exactly the right house. My husband has a computer job, and that market is never very stable, so we always have the possibility of layoffs and a move ahead of us. We needed to buy a house that would sell quickly if we ever needed to move on short notice. Ron knows the Abilene market well and was able to guide us to homes that he felt would hold their value and sell quickly if necessary. We found a new construction house that was nearing completion, but it was out of our price range. Ron helped us negotiate the price down to something we could afford and still get all the features we wanted. Even though we closed months ago, he still stays in touch with us to make sure that we are happy with our home. I can't say enough wonderful things about Ron! We were so happy with him, that when my mother-in-law moved to the Abilene area we made sure Ron was her Realtor. She was thrilled with Ron's work, and we all know how hard it can be to please a mother-in-law! :)
